Cables de Comunicaciones Zaragoza was set up in 1971, and officially opened on 11th December the same year.

For thirty years we have been contributing to the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure in Spain as well as many other countries.

The plant was originally devoted to making Copper cable for telephone communications, and occupied an area of 77,300 square metres at the beginning, including 17,000 square metres of buildings.

Throughout these thirty years the company has played an active part in the extension of the communications network, collaborating in the development of new designs for cables, equipment and link-ups between networks leading to greater capacity and flexibility.

Since its foundation, operators from over fifty countries from all five continents have entrusted us with the production of their cables.

One of the cornerstones of our work has been continual effort in the field of research and development of new products and technologies. We occupy a leading position thanks to our technical laboratories and of course on account of our having the best professionals in all areas of the company.

With respect to the future, Cables de Comunicaciones enjoys an excellent position in the emerging market of networks for the transmission of data and cable TV.

In addition, we continue to consolidate and extend our presence both in the domestic and international markets.
